Avoid consuming sugary drinks such as tea, coffee, and sodas. Before grabbing that low fat yogurt or any prepakaged low-fat item, check the ingredients. ?Often times, sugar is added to make up for the loss flavor in the fat. ?Being aware of what you eat is your best defense to lessen any shameless sugar habits that may hamper your weight loss.
