Plenty of users have complained on Microsoft?s support forums that their Surface RT tablets got limited or no connectivity when trying to browse the web using a wireless connection.
The Redmond-based technology giant initially tried to fix the glitch with a firmware update, but the company now says that it?s still working on a patch.
?Greetings all, we are still aware of the WiFi issue and working on getting it resolved,? a Surface team engineer briefly said in a forum post.
Patch Tuesday also included some Windows RT fixes, but they were only developed to repair a different sound issue experienced by users after resuming from standby.
