Generating MLM Leads Online does not have to be complicated. Here are some basic facts:

1. Right now, millions of people are searching for ways to make money from home.
2. Right now, they are going to somebody?s web site to get more information.

Doesn?t it just make sense that if you can get some of these people to look at YOUR offer, you could be building your business on a larger scale?

Using the strategies I am going to share with you in this article, I have built a network marketing organization that spans the globe. I have business all over the US, Canada, The Philippines, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, etc?

This doesn?t mean I focus exclusively on the internet for prospecting. I also use the more traditional methods of prospecting. I pass out samples. I conduct live presentations. I conduct webinar presentations, conference calls, etc?

The Internet is simply another available tool you can use to accelerate your growth.

Generating MLM leads online is simply a matter of getting your offer in front of these people that are looking for information about making money from home. This is actually very simple but it does require that you have a few tools in place and then focus on taking some simple but consistent actions.

The Tools You Need:

First, let?s talk about the tools. If you are going to generate leads online, there are two tools that you absolutely must have:

1. Your Own Web Site:?Most companies offer some sort of replicated web site and that?s great. You?ll want to take advantage of that replicated web site for general information, registration, orders, sales and commissions tracking, etc?But if you want to generate your own leads, build your own brand and credibility, and dominate the search engines, your own web site is a key component to your success.

2. An AutoResponder:?An AutoResponder is simply a tool that is designed to follow up with your prospects. You can write your letters in advance and your AutoResponder will automatically send out those letters on the schedule you determine. This is a great way to keep your information in front of your prospects.

How They Work Together:?

Take a look at this web site you are on, now. On the right side of your screen, you will see what is called a ?Capture Form?. This is a form that prospects can fill out to request more information or (in my case) a free sample of your product.

When visitors fill out that form, a couple of things happen:

1. Their information gets entered in to my autoresponder and they start receiving my follow up messages.

2. I get a copy of the information they submitted in my email inbox so I can follow up with them by phone.

Sounds simple, right? That?s because it is! Even if you have to learn a few new skills to get your web site set up, it?s absolutely worth a little investment of your time to learn how to have new prospects coming directly to you, isn?t it?

Hint: Ask your upline if they have system to help you get a lead generating web site set up. Some leaders do. I provide web sites just like this for my team members that want to start generating leads online.

How To Get Visitors To Your Site:

So you got your web site set up. You have set up your autoresponder letters and you have a capture form on your web site. The next step is the part that makes it all work.

You are going to have to promote your web site!

Simply having a web site without promoting it is like buying a bunch of business cards and leaving them in your desk drawer. This is where most people drop the ball. Let?s talk about a few mistakes I see people make:

1. No promotion. Some folks have taken on the idea that all they need is a web site. Somehow, they think people will magically flock to their site just because it exists.

2. Inconsistent promotion. The key to effective promotion of your site is to be consistent. Running a little ad one time or sending a few emails isn?t going to get it done. You need TRAFFIC! Without visitors coming to your site, you are simply a well kept secret online. The key to getting traffic is to be CONSISTENT and take a long-term approach to your promotional efforts.

The list of sites I have included below are sites that I personally use to get traffic to my site. None of these sites results in a flood of eager prospects. Each of them generates a few prospects here and there. Together, over time, and with consistent focused effort, I find myself generating a steady flow of visitors that are interested in my offer.
