Jose Andres Teaches NBA Star Martell Webster How To Use A Knife (VIDEO)

D.C.-based chef and PBS star Jose Andres was on hand at DC Central Kitchen yesterday when the Washington Wizards basketball team spent the afternoon prepping meals for the homeless at the non-profit.

It was a good thing, too -- he caught small forward Martell Webster mangling his vegetables with some appalling knife skills. Andres set him straight, and perhaps saved Webster a trip to the emergency room. Thankfully for us all, The Washington Post captured the exchange on camera.
