On a grandfathered plan right now, and the Obama provisions do not apply to it for whatever reason. The plan I'm looking at is the same, except the Health Act does apply, meaning I can get preventative maintenance checkups fully covered by the insurance. The only difference, other than the health care act reforms being applied, is that the new plan is 250 more in the deductible, but the premium is 23 dollars less. What do you guys think?
