The Role:

We are looking for hungry, new business sales stars to join our fast-paced, innovative EMEA Corporate Sales team. Candidates for the Business Development Consultant (BDC) role should possess high business acumen, technical aptitude and natural sales instinct to fuel our unprecedented growth in the Cloud through customer success.

As a BDC you will be responsible for working strategically with your respective Regional Sales Managers to develop and qualify new logo prospective customers through cross departmental value-based solution selling to fuel the sales pipeline on the Scandinavian market. You will demonstrate the lateral ability to address cross functional buying centers through building trusted relationships, understanding operational business processes/challenges linked to the corporate strategic goals of our prospective customers mapped to the SuccessFactors portfolio of solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed pipeline contribution and sourced bookings quota.
- Work strategically with your respective Regional Sales Managers in a business development capacity to increase pipeline coverage and accelerate revenue growth through new logo wins within defined territories/vertical segments.
- Create and prioritise strategic calling and prospecting initiatives to generate new business qualified opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
- Operate with Laser-sharp focus around developing new logo accounts through conducting high level qualifying conversations with our core audience in a consultative approach. You will obtain a solid understanding of the operational business challenges, strategic goals and competitive landscape mapped to the SuccessFactors portfolio of solutions.
- Become an integral part of the marketing strategy through effective response management and jointly influencing the marketing campaigns and inquiry volumes you will need and localised marketing assets to help you achieve your quota.

Requirements:

- Experience of selling SaaS/Cloud/IT software solutions/recruiting background.
- Proven success in penetrating new markets, account prospecting and qualification skills through non scripted approach.
- Can quickly qualify opportunities and understand how to maximize revenue from each engagement.
- Can quickly build credibility and define customer pain points.
- Can execute a consultative, cross departmental sales process.
- Proven track record of consistent performance against personal targets.
- Ability to work in a high-growth rapidly changing market place.
- Demonstrated results in the solution-based selling process.
- Demonstrated knowledge of account management (planning, prospecting, developing and nurturing).
- Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to maintain accurate client communication.
- Self driven, motivated and results orientated.
- Strong listening skills and solution orientated approach to selling.
- Good phone based networking skills.
- Excellent written and oral Swedish and Danish language skills together with very good English.
- Understanding of the local business cultures and nuances within your respective region.
- Eligible to live and work in Europe.
